Big up to Stereo for their recent blog post about this place. I was away from my computer for the last few days and unable to post, but don't fret because I am back and will be posting more goodies. I also added a couple of sites to the lynx section, so make sure to check them. Now go skateboarding.

Quy Nguyen

Quy Nguyen is insanely underrated; I think he was a good five to ten years ahead of his time. Switch backside noseblunt slide from early 1998.

Matt Rodriguez

I'm hyped that Matt Rodriguez is back where he belongs on Stereo. I hope to see a full-length part from Matt real soon.

MC

I know that there has been a hefty amount of Carroll exposure on this site lately, but the point of this post has less to do with his perfectly executed kickflip and more to do with the my own enthusiasm regarding Mike's choice of dress; a Stereo shirt and a Mad Circle hat. I don't think that too many pros would agree to be photographed while wearing another company's product nowadays. There was definitely a lot of pros back then who wore Menace shirts or skated Menace boards while not riding for Menace:

That's perfectly justified though, because Menace was just too fresh. And then there was that whole episode when Lavar got kicked off of Blind for a month or so for blatantly skating Girl boards throughout most of his 411 Profile. I'm pretty sure that the majority of the new career-minded skateboarders wouldn't get down like that.

Max Schaaf and Scott Johnston

I had been sleeping on posting this interview for a little while, but after coming across an excellent Scott Johnston interview on 48 Blocks today I decided not to waste any more time. Here is Max Schaaf and Scott Johnston's combined interview from Thrasher, 1995. Max is my favorite vert skater and probably the only one who will ever grace this page. Enjoy!

Ryan Hickey

No question, I think that this is my favorite of any of the ads I have posted up here. Also, I sincerely apologize for the lack of a witty April Fools Day post. What can I say, my thoughts were someplace else. Big thanks to Lakai for putting a link to this place on their main page.
